Psych Boost LTD offers educational books and related materials. We currently sell physical books via this website and digital downloads via Patreon. In the future, we may offer digital downloads directly through Shopify and provide additional services such as webinars, consultations, and in-person school visits. 3. Purchases and Payments

We accept payments via credit cards and Shopify Payments. Refunds are available on physical products, but customers must email us at hello@psychboost.com to arrange a return, as the address on the package is not equipped to process returns. We do not accept PayPal at this time.

For digital products (including downloads and subscription content), all sales are final. Refunds for digital content are not available unless otherwise required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Books are dispatched every Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. Large orders (e.g., more than one box of textbooks) may require an additional week of processing due to ordering from our printer (Amazon KDP). Delivery times will vary depending on your location, and we are not responsible for any delays once the books are handed over to the courier.

We primarily use Royal Mail for delivery, and any risks of loss or damage to the product pass to you once the product is dispatched.

5. Refunds and Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your physical book purchase, please email us at hello@psychboost.com to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition. We do not offer refunds on digital products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Psych Boost LTD website, including books, educational materials, and other products, are the exclusive property of Psych Boost LTD and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of our materials for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
