Returns & Refunds Policy

Physical Products

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products

Digital products (including downloadable files, PDFs, and digital resources) are delivered electronically.

Once payment is successfully completed, digital files are made available immediately via an automated download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not offered once access to the files has been provided, except where required by law.

Damages and Issues (Physical Products Only)

Please inspect your physical order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products once accessed

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges (Physical Products)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the physical item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


European Union & UK Consumer Rights (Digital Content)

If you are purchasing from the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days unless you have requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once the digital content is accessed.

By purchasing digital products from our store, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once access is provided.


Refunds (Physical Products)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
