Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Once payment is successfully completed, digital files are made available immediately via an automated download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is entered correctly.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not offered once access to the files has been provided, except where required by law.

Physical Products (if applicable)

Physical products are shipped via our chosen delivery partners. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be provided where available.


Failed or Missing Deliveries

For digital products, delivery is considered complete once the download link has been successfully issued to the customer’s email address.

If a customer believes they have not received their digital product, they must contact us directly so the issue can be resolved.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly if they have any questions or concerns regarding their order. We are always happy to help resolve issues quickly.

Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and access to support.
